hey everyone consoles were made for people to have fun they wernt made to copy real life there supposed to be an escape from reality
so i dont really care bout graphics a ps3 has very good graphics anyway

The Wall Street Journal reports that IBM’s Power7 boasts 1.2 billion transistors, eight processing cores and can handle 32 threads
If sony s would stick 2 of these in PS4 …16 cores 64 threads 4 GB high speed RAM and some custom Nvidia Gpu we ll get closer to photorealistic games i think

When ps3 came out in 06 there was no 1080p tv for the masses but sony said thats wht the ps3 can do…and they might do the same with the ps4 could have an 7 000 x 4k pixxel output in theory
On the other hand look at the facts hdtv still not big a lot of ppl still using regular tv s in 2010 …in my country for ex they are selling hd channels like premium stuff when hd should be the standard by now

Well jajay other people bought the ps3 back in the begining and your wrong on this ….what would some1 who bought a ps2 in 2010 say then ? i just bought my ps2 (and my system is only 3 month old ) which is a 10 y old console now…
Anyway the bottom line is that consoles have life cycles every 5 or so year is coming out a new 1 that s what called evolution,that doesn t mean that the ps3 would be dropped, look at ps2 after 10 y they still making games for it

I think you’re right, multi-core is the way to go – easier to develop for and I think I’m right in saying it would use less power. I also agree with the 2012 release date.

ok, i hav one thing with this… maybe more… but…

THIS IS RIDICULOUS! PS4?! PS3 HAS ONLY BEEN OUT FOR A FEW YEARS!!! what r all the people like me, who hav just bought a new ps3, going to do when a ps4 comes out in 2 years?! our consoles will only be 2/3 years old? ps3 is only just starting to launch with good games and tech lyk the ps3 wand and eyetoy? ps4? PIFFLE
