I don't think there are other differences. I would never buy the arcade xbox though as surely online gaming (and the ability to save games) is essential? Plus, when you buy the HDD as an extra its almost the same cost as the premium version, so pointless. Having said that, the new 'Jasper' model of 360 has 256mb onboard memory, so i guess game saves can at least be achieved on the arcade!
